add an effect of throwing darts like a dart board

When the picture is set up it could either be animated or not. have throwing darts stick to the picture that way when you get mad at someone but you know you're going to get over it soon but you still want to do something anyway, this isn't actually damaging the picture but it still gets the point accross. You feel better and when the problem is resolved you can delete it. No harm no foul.
